Background

Lee Wai Keong started as a trainee loss adjuster in 2004 in an international loss adjusting firm. As a loss adjuster, he was involved in a wide range of classes of General and Engineering claims including fire, construction, boiler, erection, machinery breakdown, fidelity guarantee and liability claims.

He was also involved in handling and managing a regional Captive account and have traveled to various ASEAN countries to handle major catastrophe losses.

In 2014, he was promoted to branch manager of the East Coast Region of Peninsular Malaysia.

He had a one year stint (2017 to 2018) working in the risk management and insurance claim department of an international company where he was involved in multiple million dollar claims.

In 2018, he returned to Malaysia and joined MSM International.

He has handled wide classes of General and Engineering claims including numerous fire, construction, boiler, erection, machinery breakdown, fidelity guarantee, liability, amongst others.
