Mark commenced his career with an International Loss Adjusting firm in late 2012 and is specialised in Construction and Engineering claims. In respect to the latter he has dealt with a large range of underground service and structural/civil claims such as retaining wall failures, slab collapse and foundation settlement. He assists the Engineering Department by handling a wide range of Mass Rapid Transit (Line 1 and 2) project insurance claims.

Mark graduated from University of Auckland (NZ) in 1999 and soon started his career by working with IJM Construction (M) Sdn. Bhd. as a Site Engineer and was involved in the development of high rise buildings in Malaysia for three years (2000 to 2002). He then worked in Auckland New Zealand for eight years (2003 to 2011) with a medium sized consultancy firm designing residential and small industrial buildings. He then returned to Malaysia working as a design engineer for local consultancy firm before switching to an International Loss Adjusting firm to apply his engineering skills.

Mark completed his loss adjusting studies with the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) in 2013 and a Senior Associate of ANZIIF.
